The house is an original 1888 Victorian villa within 2000m2 tropical gardens, with a beautiful swimming pool, steam sauna and jacuzzi located on a very quiet and safe street in the middle of Santa Teresa, one of the oldest and nicest neighbourhoods of Rio, a surprising hill between the city center, the ocean beaches and the Guanabara Bay.
